A national healthcare / wellness company wanted a solution to help increase employee productivity and wellness. Working together with their research team, we developed a solution that helps keep employees focused in a fun way. Management is able to measure productivity of each member of the company and see how it ties into the company goals. They are then able to make better decisions at the top level based on where the company is going and what everyone should be focused on.Part of this solution was a reporting dashboard that allowed everyone to see how their team was doing and what their goals were. This analytics in the end helps them make better decisions across the firm.
