This was an application developed for a multinational banking corporation operating in more than 100 countries. The bank is currently listed as number 20 in the Global Fortune 50. They needed additional resources to help revamp their internal project tracking system.Our team worked on their internal project management tool that is used by over 200 teams and houses the full software development life cycle along with the documents to support it. The complexity of the system lies in the roles as well as steps that are involved in managing the workflows. Our team helped develop and integrate the project tracking system with various downstream systems. The web based platform that we helped develop is also an integral part of their eco system and helps support and manage their technology initiatives.
